At WrapCart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tech accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your WrapCart account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all protective films or tags intact before sealing the return parcel.

  Pickup and Transit

  Our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
